Shipping Policy

• You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
• The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
• All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. (Excludes Weekends)
• Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out 3-5 business days from the following Monday
• No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday
• We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• Our warehouse is located in Southern California
• We do not ship outside the U.S.
• If the item is not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed.

 

We ship via UPS for all states Ground for shipping.

 

Age Restriction Policy

- BottleShipping.com only sells and ships alcohol to customers 21 years of age or older.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
- All deliveries require a valid government-issued photo ID and an adult signature (21+) upon receipt.
- We do not sell to minors under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy

- We currently ship within the United States only.
- All alcohol shipments require Adult Signature (21+) at delivery.
- Carriers will not leave packages unattended. If you are not available, UPS will attempt redelivery.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Refund & Return Policy

- Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns on liquor, wine, or beer.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace or refund damaged or incorrect items at our discretion.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Privacy Policy

- We respect your privacy and do not sell, share, or trade your information.
- Customer data is only used for order processing, delivery, and legal compliance (age verification).
- Payment information is encrypted and securely processed via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Terms of Service

- By using BottleShipping.com, you agree to comply with all federal, state, and local alcohol laws.
- BottleShipping.com reserves the right to cancel any order if compliance cannot be verified.
- Orders attempted with false age information or delivery refusal will not be refunded.
